Via SD Card
1. Remove the SD card from the Gateway and use an SD card reader.
2. Copy and paste the configuration file to a specified location.
3. Replace the SD card into the Gateway.

5. SOFTWARE UPGRADE VIA FTP

Open a command prompt window
1.
Change to the directory that the software upgrade files are stored in.
2.
Connect to the Gateway using the FTP command; ftp xxx.xxx.xx.xx, using the IP from the Gateway
display (example shown in Figure 2, 192.168.90.88).
3.
If connected successfully the screen will display Service ready for new user.
4.
Enter user name: admin
5.
Enter password: password
6.
Enter the DIR command
7.
Enter the MOVE command.
A. MOVE [drive:][path]filename1[destination path].
8.
If the Move command was successful the display will read "Command Okay".
9.
The computer will execute the command and tell you the data was transferred.
10. To confirm file was transferred, using FTP go to the directory you copied the file to and confirm it has
been updated.
11. Restart the device.

6. RESET AND FACTORY DEFAULTS

To reset/re-boot the gateway, push and release the Reset button on the front of the unit. To restore gateway
to factory default configuration settings, push and hold the factory defaults button the back of the gateway for
10 seconds. After release, the LCD display will indicate that factory defaults are being restored.
