Cleaning and maintenance
To extend the life span of the cooker, the user must look after
it properly, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
Before cleaning the cooker, unplug it from the power
supply and make sure that all knobs are set to the '•' / '0'.
position. Only clean the hob once the residual heat light has
gone off.
Glass ceramic hob
• The hob must be cleaned after each use. Where possible,
we advise cleaning the hob when it is warm (the residual
heat light should NOT be on). Avoid heavy soiling on the hob
in particular, and avoid burning overflowed liquids.
• Do not use abrasive products, such as scouring powders
containing abrasive agents, abrasive pastes, stones,
pumices, steel wool, etc. They may scratch the cooker
surface and cause permanent damage.
• To eliminate any dirt stuck or encrusted onto the surface,
use the scraper provided with the appliance. Be careful not
to damage the frame of the ceramic hob.
