USE
Place the crankshaft turning tool (2) onto the crankshaft
pulley bolts.
Rotate the crankshaft pulley until TDC marking (A) on
the pulley and marking (B) on the engine block
stand facing each other.
Check the camshaft position
Markings (C) on camshaft, camshaft bearing cap and
camshaft sprocket must be aligned.
Setting the camshaft
Disassemble the camshaft bearing cap.

Hold the camshaft with an open end spanner on profile (D)
and loosen the camshaft sprocket screw.
Turn the camshaft with open end spanner until the recesses
of the camshaft adjusting tool (1) fits onto the profile (D) of
the camshaft.
Note: Tighten the screws of the camshaft adjusting tool
before disassembly the chain drive.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories
and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner
which is compatible with the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for
recycling information. Dispose of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.
