1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The user manual is designed to assist in the safe and
trouble-free use of the device. The product is designed
and manufactured in accordance with strict technical
guidelines,
using
state-of-the-art
technologies
and
components. Additionally, it is produced in compliance
with the most stringent quality standards.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNLESS YOU HAVE
THOROUGHLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS
USER MANUAL.
To ensure long and reliable operation of the product,
operate and maintain it correctly and strictly in compliance
with this manual. The technical data and specifications in
this manual are up-to-date. The manufacturer reserves
the right to modifications for the purpose of quality
improvement. Considering the technological progress and
the feasibility of noise reduction, the product is designed
and built so that risks resulting from noise emissions are
minimised as far as possible.

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or death.
The term "appliance" or "product" in the warnings and
instructions refers to the WAX PRESS.
2.1. SAFETY
a)
Keep the workplace tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor
lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what
you are doing and use common sense when working
with the machine.
b)
If in doubt as to whether the product is working
properly or found to be damaged, contact the
manufacturer's technical service.

c)
Only the manufacturer's technical service may repair
the product. Do not attempt to repair the product on
your own!
d)
No children or unauthorised individuals shall be
allowed at the workplace.
e)
Use the appliance in a well-ventilated room.
f)
Check the condition of the safety warning stickers
regularly. Replace them if they are illegible.
g)
Keep this manual for future reference. If the product
is to be handed over to a third party, hand it over with
this user manual.
h)
Keep packaging components and small installation
parts out of the reach of children.
i)
Keep the machine away from children and animals.
j)
When operating this machine together with other
machines, follow each of their user manuals.
k)
Do not operate the product if you are tired, ill or under
the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication which
might significantly impair your ability to operate the
product.

The product is not intended to be used by individuals
(including children) with reduced mental, sensory
or intellectual capacity or lack of experience and/
or knowledge, unless they are supervised by an
individual responsible for their safety or have been
given instructions by the responsible individual on
how to operate the product.

The appliance may only be operated by individuals
who are physically fit, capable of handling the
appliance and who have been adequately trained,
have read this manual and have received training in
health and safety.

Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair can be caught by
moving parts.

The machine is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with it.

Do not put your hands or objects inside the appliance
in operation!
q)
Keep unused machines out of the reach of children
and anyone unfamiliar with the machine or this
manual. Machines are dangerous when used by
inexperienced users.
r)
Keep the product in good working order. Before each
use, check for generally evident damage and damage
to any of the moving parts (inspect for cracks in parts
and components or any other condition that may
affect the safe operation of the product). If damaged,
have the product repaired before use.

Keep the product out of the reach of children.

The product shall be repaired and maintained by
qualified personnel using original spare parts only.
This will ensure safe operation of the product.

To ensure the designed operational integrity of the
product, do not remove the factory-installed covers
or loosen any bolts.

Do not move, handle or turn the machine in operation.

Clean the machine regularly to prevent permanent
deposits of dirt.

The machine is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
shall not be performed by children without adult
supervision.

Never attempt to tamper with the product to change
its parameters or structure.

Keep the machine away from sources of fire and heat.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The appliance is designed for cold pressing of honey from
wax cappings.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARATIONS FOR OPERATION
POSITIONING THE MACHINE
Position the machine where good air circulation is ensured.
Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from all sides
of the appliance. Keep the appliance away from any hot
surfaces. Always operate the appliance on a level, firm,
clean, fireproof, and dry surface and out of the reach of
children and individuals with reduced mental, sensory and
intellectual capacities.
Before the first use, remove all accessories and wash them
clean along with the entire appliance.

3.3. OPERATING THE MACHINE
a.
Loosen/tighten the extrusion screw (7) by turning the
handle (4) counterclockwise/clockwise.
b.
Place split cappings inside the perforated tank (1).
c.
Place the press plate (8) on top of the input.
d.
Loosen the extrusion screw so that the supporting
bracket (5) of the extrusion screw (7) slides easily into
the tank clips (6).
e.
Place the extrusion screw (7) in the extrusion screw
mounting (a) of the press plate (8). To do this, turn the
screw handle to direct the end of the screw towards
the axis of the mounting hole (a).
f.
The honey produced in the pressing process will
escape through the holes of the tank, flowing into the
special tray (2) with an outlet (c). Before working with
the appliance, place a dedicated external vessel at the
liquid outlet.
g.
Carry out the pressing process by turning the handle
(4) of the screw until the honey is completely pressed
out of the cappings.
h.
When the work is finished, loosen the structure and
empty the tank of any residue.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Use non-corrosive agents only for cleaning the
surfaces.
b)
Only mild cleaning agents intended for surfaces in
contact with food shall be used to clean the appliance.
c)
After each cleaning, dry all components well before
the machine is used again.
d)
Store the machine in a dry and cool place, protected
from moisture and direct sunlight.
e)
Regularly inspect the machine for technical defects
and damage.
f)
Use a soft cloth for cleaning.
g)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) as these may
damage the surface of the appliance material.
h)
Do not clean the appliance with acidic substances,
medical products, thinners, fuel, oil or other chemicals
as they may damage it.
