TROUBLESHOOTING
Solution
Check that you have selected a function or set the temperature and
timer, then press the adjustment knob to start the device.
Make sure the power cord is plugged in, the power is on, and the
mains outlet is working. If not, check the device in a different mains
outlet.
You may have overfilled the basket. Place smaller portions in the
basket which will cook more evenly.
Check if the temperature is set correctly.
Add more time to cook.
If you are using the device for the first time, this is normal and
nothing to worry about, it should subside soon. Ensure good
ventilation.
If you have used the oven before, unplug it from the outlet and allow
the device to cool down. Make sure the interior surfaces and all
accessories inside the oven are clean and free of food residue.
When frying fatty foods, oil can drip into the pan and produce white
smoke. This does not affect the device or the end result.
If you have properly cleaned the device and it continues to produce
smoke, stop using the device and contact our customer service.
Food always has a high moisture content. Baking produces steam
that can escape through the top of the oven door during operation.
It is normal for steam to appear, it will not affect cooking results or
product quality.
Defrost food before cooking to reduce moisture content.
Try shaking the basket with the food halfway through cooking, but be
careful not to burn yourself. The metal parts get very hot during use.
