6. Adjust the roast so that it is positioned in the centre of the roasting stick (1). Make sure
that the forks of the rotisserie hold the roast on the stick and then tighten the screws of
the rotisserie.
7. When cooking poultry, it is necessary to tie or bind the legs and wings to the body with
string to keep the roast as compact as possible so that the rotisserie moves smoothly.
8. Season or baste the roast as desired.
9. Place the solid end of the rotisserie stick (4) into the drive socket on the right inner wall
of the Air Fryer.
10. Place the slotted end (5) of the rostisserie rotisserie stick into the left inner wall of the
air fryer.
11. Cook the food by pressing the "Rostisserie" programme (10).
12. When the programme is finished, remove the roast from the oven using the rotisserie
removal tool (5) by placing the tool under the slotted edges of the stick. Lift the left side
up and towards you at a suitable angle and slide the right side of the rotisserie out of the
rotisserie housing.
13. Place the roast on a cutting board or platter and let it rest for 10-15 min.
14. Hold the roast firmly to loosen the rotisserie screws from the forks and remove the
rotisserie stick from the roast.
15. Carefully remove the rostisserie forks and remove the roast.
