GENERAL INFORMATION
The device CNE-ST02BB is a wristband designed for seniors, with SIM-card support,
GPS tracker and smartphone connection via the Canyon Life app.
DEVICE DESCRIPTION
WARNING! The device is not intended for medical purposes. The data obtained with it
are for reference purposes only.
Functions: quick call to two telephone numbers. Emergency call with auto redial to three
saved SOS-numbers. Sending voice messages to the app. Locating. Notifications when
leaving the safe zone. Pedometer; tracking history. Measurement of body temperature
and heart rate. Notifications about the health status and the fall of the wristband wearer.
Technical Specifications: DC 5.0 V / 1.0 A. GPS: L1, 1575, 42 MHz, C/A-code.
Positioning: LBS, GPS, GLONASS. Accuracy of GPS (22 channels): 5–15 m; LBS
accuracy: 100–1000 m. 4G/FDD B 1/2/3/5/7/8/20; 4G/TDD B 38/39/40/41; 23 dBm.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
WARNING! For the wristband to work properly, you need to connect it to your
smartphone through the Canyon Life mobile app!
Charging the device (fig. C). Charge the device before using it for the first time. To do
this, connect the magnetic charging cable to the electrical contacts (9) and connect it to
the power supply.
WARNING! The power supply output should not exceed 5.0 V 1.0 A (power adapter not
included).
Installing the SIM card (fig. D). The device must be turned off while the card is being
installed. Before installation, make sure that the nano-SIM card is activated, 4G data
transmission is connected and the PIN code request is deactivated. Use a screwdriver
to loosen the screws and remove the SIM card slot cover. Carefully insert the nano-SIM
card. Close the cover and fasten the screws securely.
Switching on the device (fig. D). Press and hold button 3 for 2–3 seconds. The device
will vibrate and the indicators will light up.

Canyon Life app installation and connection. Scan the QR code (see p. 2) to go to
Google Play or App Store, download and run the application. Select the "GSM device"
section. Log in to your account or register a new account. Click "Add GSM device".
Follow the instructions in the opened form and enter the registration code, which can be
found on the label of the device. Click "Next" to complete the registration.
