Make sure that air can circulate freely around the appliance to ensure that it can work properly
(see figure below). Also, make sure you leave enough space for the doors to open (see figure
below).

OPERATING THE APPLIANCE

Before plugging the appliance into the mains for the first time, allow 2 hours for it
to settle if it has been transported in the upright position, or 24 hours if it has been
transported horizontally; this is to allow the refrigerant gas to flow back into the
compressor. Failure to do so could damage the compressor.

Plug your appliance into an earthed socket. The appliance does not have an on/off button.
To turn off the appliance you must unplug it from the wall outlet.

When the door is opened, the interior light in the refrigerator compartment comes on.

After plugging in the appliance, we recommend that you leave it running idle for 1 to 2
hours (depending on the ambient temperature) to allow it to cool down sufficiently before
placing food inside.

etting the temperAture
The thermostat knob switches the appliance on and off. It is
located at the top of the refrigerator compartment.
This button has 8 different adjustment positions, from 0 to 7.
We would advise that you adjust the thermostat to position 5 for normal, daily use. If you
adjust your appliance to a colder setting (6 or 7), you will use less energy to run the appliance.
To the contrary, you'll save energy.
The more you turn the thermostat button, the lower the temperature.
