Possible causes
The appliance is off.
The appliance is not
connected or plugged in
correctly.
The plug does not make
good contact.
You have not pressed the
power button.
There is not enough water
in the tank.

correctly installed.

steam chamber.
They are not well placed.

Solution
Check that it is on.
Connect it to the mains and make sure
it is properly plugged in.
Check the plug for any defects.
Press the power button.
Fill up the water tank.
Install the tank correctly in position.
Straighten the steamer.
Shake or reposition the water tank.
Remove the attachment and reinsert it
until it clicks into place in the head.
Fill up the water tank.
Install the tank correctly in position.

Clean the drain outlet thoroughly.
Clean the water tank filter.
Wash the water inlet.
