[] INSTALL THE SUPPORT
BRACKET

Depending
on the slant and depth of your
window
sill, choose
either the short or long
leveling
bolt and thread
it through
the
appropriate
hole in the bottom
of the
support
bracket.

Place the support
bracket
on the sill,
against the back edge of the stool, with
its 3 holes positioned
on the 1" line. Loosely
attach the support
bracket with two Type A
screws.

Adjust the leveling
bolt in the support
bracket
so that it is installed
with a slight tilt
to the outside.
Use a level; about
1/3 bubble
will be the correct
slant to the outside.
Tighten the Type A screws.

IN THE WINDOW

air conditioner
until this step is complete
with the
unit secured
in the support
bracket
and with the
window
closed
in the top channel.

Using the hand holds, center the air
conditioner
in the window
with the bottom
mounting
rail between
the window
stool
and the support
bracket trap rail. Close the
window
into the top channel.

Extend the accordion
panels to fill the
window
opening
and use 4 Type B screws to
secure the top and bottom
corners.

Install Type B screws
INSTALL THE WINDOW
LOCKING
BRACKET AND THE FOAM TOP
WINDOW
GASKET
Attach
the window
locking
bracket
with
a
Type B screw.
Cut the foam
top
window
gasket
to the
window
width.
Stuff
the foam
between
the glass and
the window
to prevent
air and insects
from
getting
into the room.
