Before making connections, be sure that the
power of this unit and all other system com¬
ponents is first turned off.
Notes
•Although the figure above shows the AC
mains lead being connected to a house¬
hold mains outlet, if the amplifier (or re¬
ceiver) is equipped with a mains outlet,
connect the lead to that outlet.
•The configuration of the AC outlet and AC
mains lead differ according to the area.
(For areas except Australia and N.2.)
Set the voltage selector to the voltage set¬
ting for the area in which the unit will be
used.
[Use a minus (—) screwdriver]
If the power supply in your area is 117 V or
120 V, set to the "127 V" position.
Note that this unit will be seriously damaged
if this setting is not made correctly.
If the power plug will not fit your socket, use
the power plug adaptor (included). Q '
Insertion of Connector El
Even when the connector is perfectly in¬
serted, depending on the type of inlet used,
the front part of the connector may jut out as
shown in the drawing.
However there is no problem using the unit,

Antes de hacer las conexiones, asegurese
de desconectar primero la alimentacidn de
este aparato y la de todos los demds
componentes del sistema.
A pesar que el dibujo de arriba muestra el
cable de alimentacidn conectado al
tomacorriente de CA, si el amplificador (o
sintoamplificador) estci equipado con un
tomacorriente de CA, conectar el cable en
ese tomacorriente.
Fijar el selector de voltaje de acuerdo al
voltaje del lugar en que se va a usar el
aparato.
