Operate safety valve manually
by pulling on ring.
If valve still
leaks, it should be replaced.
Remove and clean, or replace.
Tighten pulley set screw,
145-165 in.-Ibs.
Tighten flywheel screw
33-37 ft.-Ibs.
Tighten mounting screws,
20-25 ft.-Ibs.
