WARRANTY
Your FLAMEBOX equipment benefits from a 3-year
warranty against any manufacturing defect, as
defined by the law in force. The warranty period
begins with the date of purchase of the product and
requires that the product is used according to the
instructions in the manual.
The stove's glass, ceramic parts and cords/seals
are not under warranty. Likewise, parts in direct
contact with the fire are considered wear and tear
material, such as the ash grate and the metal rail
supporting the ceramic deflector, so their wear or
deterioration cannot be considered covered by the
warranty.
The purchase invoice containing the date of
purchase and the serial number of the equipment
serves as warranty proof, which must be activated
at the point of sale.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement
of parts that prove to be defective during normal use
and excludes any other type of indemnity or
compensation.
The warranty does not apply to anomalies
caused
modification, or disassembly of parts of the
equipment, wear, and tear due to use, improper
burning of firewood, including firewood with a
moisture content above the permissible, or lack of
maintenance. The warranty does not cover damage
caused by voltage spikes, lightning, or bad weather.
