4. Maintenance and service:
If any of the following situations occur, turn off the power supply, unplug the appliance and
contact the service centre for maintenance:
(1) If the appliance or any part of it is damaged.
(2) If the appliance makes any abnormal sounds.
(3) If steam or water is leaking from the appliance (for appliances with type Y attachment).
(4) If the supply cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified individuals to prevent hazards.
Special caution!
! Only competent service centres are authorised to maintain this appliance.
! Always unplug the appliance before maintenance or service.
! Only use specified spare parts for repairs.
! Never attempt to make technical amendments to the appliance, such as modifying the
electric system, spare parts or technical parameters.
! Before using the steam cleaner, check the input power supply and confirm its electric
parameters.
I. General:
1.1 Application of steam cleaner for cleaning surface:
Always operate the appliance following the manufacturer's operation instructions.
Never use this appliance to clean the following:
(1) Switches, sockets or other current-carrying appliances.
(2) Chemical fibre, silk fabric or low-temperature products.
The following items can be steam cleaned:
- Floor/wall: Ceramic tiles, granite, waterproof wood floors. plastic floors, cotton and wool
carpets and washable wallpaper
- Exhibit windows. window frames, furniture, girders, chimneys, show windows and
mirrors.
- Weave items: Cotton and hemp curtains, bathroom shades and dirt on clothes.
Sanitation establishments: Bathtubs, bath basins, shower baths, toilets and kitchens.
- Vehicles: Bumpers, interior decorations, rainproof devices, Motorcycles, bicycles,
frames, wheels and other components.
