7. Fast heating function
- Press the "+/-" icons to set the power to level 9, then press the "+" icon to make the
cooking zone alternately display "A" and "9".
- Press the "-" icon to adjust the final level of fast heating required.
- Press the "+" icon to reach power level 9 and then, press once more to activate the fast-
heating function. The cooking zone indicator will show "A". Continue by pressing the "-"
icon and choose the cooking power level.
The power and timetables for fast heating are as follows:

For example, press the "+" icon to select "A", and press the "-" icon to select power level 4. The
hob will start cooking at power level 9 for 6.5 minutes. Then, it will greturn to the set power
level 4.
Attention
1. You can only reduce the maximum power in the fast-heating mode by pressing the "-"
icon for the first 30 seconds, otherwise you will exit the fast-heating mode.
2. If it heats up rapidly at full power after 30 seconds, while it continues to alternately
display "A" and "9", press the "+" icon and the hob will remain in fast heating mode.
3. When changing the power level, the elapsed time will be automatically calculated in the
heating time corresponding to the new power level.
4. If you press the "-" icon at any level during the first 30 seconds of the fast-heating
mode, the elapsed time will be calculated at the new set level time, after heating in that
remaining time, the hob will return to the normal heating mode.
8. Safety child lock icon
- The hob can be locked by pressing and holding the child lock icon for 3 seconds while the
appliance is in standby or heating mode. The safety child lock icon will show up. When the
appliance is switched off, the child lock icon will turn off.
- To show that the safety child lock function has been activated, the safety child lock
indicator light will light up.
- To deactivate the safety lock function, long press the security lock icon.
- When the safety lock is activated, you cannot icons on the control panel except the power
icon.
