6.5 Starting a projekt
► Open the menu Joblist.
► Tap the project to be started.
► Tap Start.
The project is started, all included jobs are proceeded.
6.6 Processing a single wire
Operation without feeder.
► If necessary, open the feed rollers.
► Insert a wire into the wire feeding tube. The end of the
wire must at least reach the mark between the feed roll-
ers.

► Close the feed rollers.
The wire is automatically drawn in. The machine carries
out a zero cut.
► Tap Start to start the program.
Make sure that the cut wire is collected in a suffi-
ciently large container.
Once the program has been completed, you can remove or
change the wire.
► Open the feed rollers.
► Pull out the wire.

6.7 Opening or closing the feed rollers
You can change the position of the feed rollers in the
Quickstart menu.
► Tap Open to open the feed rollers.
► Tap Close to close the feed rollers.
6.8 Service indicator
When 200,000 cutting cycles have been performed,
the service indicator appears each time the machine is
switched on.
In order to maintain the performance of the ma-
chine for as long as possible, you should keep
to the scheduled service intervals:
– Service after 200,000 cutting cycles
Contact your local Weidmüller representative.
► Tap Confirm to hide the service display.
6.9 Switching off the machine
► Switch off the machine (Figure 3.2, 12).
