Installing the drain
Install the drain to the base (A) according to manufacturer's
speci cations.

Installing the base
Do not overtighten the screws when
CAUTION:
screwing the ange to the studs.
Position the base (A) in the alcove.
If there are any gaps between the base (A) and the studs, use
shims to create a tight t.
Predrill holes onto the base (A) ange using a 1/8" drill bit. Next,
screw the ange to all of the studs.
Connect a drain (not included) to a drain pipe and check for
leaks.
Once complete, lay the drain cover (B) to conceal the drain.
Failure to screw anges to all studs
