S T E P 11
Use the two (2) pre-in-
stalled M6x12 screws in the hood
handle to install the hood handle
and two (2) mica sheets to the front
of the hood.
S T E P 12 With the help of another person, place the griddle top and
hood onto the griddle body by aligning the two (2) front pins with the front
locking holes.
❶ Ensure that the front pins are seated in the front holes, then push the
griddle top and hood back to lock the griddle in place.
❷ Set the rear pins in the rear holes.
Hang the grease cup in the slot on the back of the griddle body.
