S T E P 0 7
Remove the second and fourth screws from the four corners of the
griddle body. Use these screws to attach one (1) side shelf bracket L and one
(1) side shelf bracket R to both sides of the griddle body.

S T E P 0 8
Use three (3) wing
screws and six (6) washers to attach
three (3) side shelf hooks to the left
side shelf.
Repeat with the right side shelf.
S T E P 0 9
Remove the two (2)
lower step bolts from the left
side shelf.
Repeat with the right side shelf.
