6.5. FILL IN THE DETERGENT

The dispenser must be refilled before the start of each washing cycle following the
instructions provided in the Wash Cycle Table. Always add the detergent just before
starting dishwasher, otherwise it could get damp and will not dissolve properly.

1. Press the release button as shown above. The
lid will spring open.
2. Fill the detergent dispenser with detergent.
The marking indicates the dosing levels, as
illustrated on the right:
A: The location of the detergent for the main
wash cycle. "MIN" means approx. 20g of
detergent.
B: The location of the detergent for the pre-
wash cycle, holds approx. 5g of detergent.
Observe the manufacturer's dosing and storage
recommendations as stated on the detergent
packaging.
3. Close the lid and press until it locks in place.
If the dishes are heavily soiled, place an additional detergent dose in the pre-wash
detergent chamber. This detergent will take effect during the pre-wash phase.
Recommended detergent dosage
For the detergent dosage needed for each programme, refer to the "WASH CYCLE
TABLE". Depending on the degree of soiling and the hardness of water, the dosage
may vary. Observe the manufacturer's recommendations on the detergent packaging.
Use of "3 in 1" Detergent tablets
These products are detergents with integrated and combined detergent/rinse aid and
salt functions.
1. Before using these products you should first check that the water hardness in
your supply is compatible with the use of these products as per the detergent
manufacturer's instructions (on the product packaging).
2. These products should be strictly used according to the detergent manufacturer's
instructions.
3. If you encounter problems when using "3 in 1" products for the first time, contact
the detergent manufacturer's support line.
