Special Maintenance; Maintenance Schedule - PTC HPP CLW HT Serie Instrucciones Para El Ensamblaje Y Mantenimiento

Keep to the schedule shown on the following table:

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

First 50 hours.
Every 500 hours.
Every 1000 hours.
(1) Checks should be made more frequently if the pump operates where there are strong vibrations.
(2) The oil should be replaced at least once a year.
(3) The oil seal rings are best replaced at least once every three years
CAUTION
• The used oil and replaced component parts must be correctly disposed of and not discarded in the environment.
• Every time the oil is changed, any residues must be removed from the magnetic drain caps and the inner parts
must be properly washed using a suitable detergent.
• In case of water inside the pump crankcase, replace the whole seal pack.

SPECIAL MAINTENANCE

• It is best to change the oil.
• Check the tightness of the pump screws

• Check the pressure unloader/regulation valve and the pressure
relief valve.
• Check the tightness of the pump screws

• Oil change .
• Check/replace oil seal rings
• Check/replace whole seal pack.
• Check/replace suction/delivery valves.
• Check/replace pumping unit.
