4.1 Diagnostics/Test menu
4.1.1 Show the sensor information
Show the sensor serial number, software version and hours of operation or reboot the sensor.
1. For an SC200 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Push the menu key.
b. Select SENSOR SETUP > DIAG/TEST.
c. Select SENSOR DIAG.
2. For an SC1000 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Select the Main Menu button from the pop-up toolbar.
b. Select SENSOR SETUP > DIAG/TEST.
c. Select SENSOR DIAG.
3. For an SC4500 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Select the main menu icon, then select Devices.
b. Select the sensor and select Device menu > Diagnostics/Test.
c. Select Sensor diagnostics.
4. Select an option.

4.1.2 Show the gateway information
Show the gateway serial number and versions of software, code and driver. Show the manufacture
date and the internal temperature of the gateway microprocessor.
1. For an SC200 Controller, do the steps that follow:
a. Push the menu key.
b. Select SENSOR SETUP > DIAG/TEST.
c. Select GATEWAY INFO.

Description
Shows the serial number of the sensor.
Shows the software version installed on the sensor.
Shows the model name of the sensor.
Shows the total hours the sensor has operated.
Shows the date and time of the last calibration saved in the sensor memory.
Note: Due to time zone differences, the date and time shown can be different than
the date and time shown on the Last calibration date (or LAST CAL DATE) screen
of the Calibration (or CALIBRATE) menu.

Reboots the sensor. Wait a minimum of 20 seconds for measurements to start
again.
