Device use
1. Place a pot with the food to be cooked on the selected cooking zone.
2. Connect the device to a power source, the power indicator of the hob will come on
3. Turn the temperature control knob clockwise, to activate the cooking zone with a minimum power,
the cooking zone heating indicator light will come on.
4. Next, set the temperature control knob in a desired position.
5. Set the temperature control knob to 11, to switch the cooking zone to maximum power.
6. Set the temperature control knob to 0, to switch the cooking zone off. The the cooking zone heating
indicator light will go off.
Usable cookware: steel or cast iron, enamelled cast iron, stainless steel, flat-bottomed frying pans/pots
from 12 to 26 cm in diameter.
Non-usable cookware: Heat-resistant glass, ceramic container, copper, aluminum pans/pots. Rounded-
bottom pans/pots with bottom measuring less than 12cm.

Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not being used.
b)
Always unplug the device before cleaning or putting it away.
c)
Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
d)
Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the device.
e)
After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried completely before using it again.
f)
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
g)
Do not spray the device with a water jet or submerge it in water.
h)
Do not allow water to get inside the device through vents in the housing of the device.
i)
Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
j)
The device must be regularly inspected to check its technical efficiency and spot any damage.
k)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
l)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
m) Do not clean the device with an acidic substance, agents of medical purposes, thinners, fuel, oils or
other chemical substances because it may damage the device.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES:
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device
recycling and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction manual and packaging. The
plastics used to construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to
recycle you are making a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
