Banana chocolate milk-shake
1 banana
400 ml chilled milk
2-3 EL chocolate sauce
4 scoops chocolate ice-cream
Peel the banana, cut it into small pieces
and puree finely together with the milk. Add
the chocolate sauce and ice-cream and
mix briefly.
