USING THE APPLIANCE
•
The product is intended for blending, mashing, and crushing food, in particular
vegetables and fruits. It must not be used with non-food products. Before crushing,
first cut the food into smaller pieces.

Do not use the appliance for frozen products or crushing ice, or with very hard
products (e.g. nuts or stones) – this can dull the cutting blade.
1. Attach the blender leg to the motor unit by turning it counter clockwise.
2. Put your ingredients into a mixing bowl/container.
3. Put the plug in the wall outlet.
4. Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients to avoid splashing.
5. Turn the appliance on, by pushing down on one of the speed control buttons.
6. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.
Caution:

7. After you have finished blending, release the speed control button to turn the
appliance off and unplug the appliance.
8. Remove the blender leg by turning it clockwise.
9. For easy cleaning, rinse the blender leg and blades immediately after use with hot
water.
10. Place the blender leg in an upright position with the blade guard on top and let it dry
for at least 10 minutes before storing.
CLEANING
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Detach the blender leg from the motor unit.
3. The blender leg can be rinsed under the tap and placed in the dishwasher in an
upright position.
4. The motor housing needs to be cleaned with a damp cloth.
5. Dry all parts before its assembly and storage.

STORAGE
1. Unplug the appliance and disassemble all parts.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry before storing.

Never add ingredients to the container while the appliance is in operation.
Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or
abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
Never submerge the hand blender in water or any other liquid or place it
under running water.
