Troubleshooting
If the actions in the table do not solve the problems, contact your dealer.
Problem
The lifting device does not
start.
Possible cause
The lifting device is not
turned on.
The battery is discharged.
The battery is in "Ship
mode". In "Ship mode" the
poles of the battery are dis-
connected to ensure long
storage time.
The battery has poor
contact.
The battery is overheated.
The battery is too cold.
The lifting motor is over-
heated, this is indicated by
a red flashing light and two
beeps.
There is condensation in
the lifting device.
Action
Turn on the lifting device
on the on/off-button.
Charge the battery or re-
place it with a charged
battery.
Charge the battery for a
minimum of five minutes.
Remove the battery. Check
the contact plates. Remove
any dirt, clean the contact
plates and install the
battery.
Let the battery become cold
at least one hour at room
temperature.
Let the battery become
warm at least one hour at
room temperature.
Let the lifting device rest
for ten minutes, it must be
turned on so the internal
fan can work.
Let the lifting device be-
come warm at least six
hours at room temperature.
