This procedure cancels all limits stop in the memory of Power 571/1 system returning it to the
factory settings.
1. Keep the RESET button pressed for 5 seconds. LED "1" lights up
2. Press the RESET button or the stop button (art. 5431, art. 5461). LED "1" goes out and LED "2"
lights up
3. Press the RESET button or the stop button (art. 5431, art. 5461). LED "2" goes out
4. After a few seconds, LEDs "1" and "2" will flash simultaneously
The motor control electronics will maintain the previous settings if a blackout occurs during the reset
procedure. Therefore, if you want to abort the reset procedure, just switch off the power to reset the
previously saved data.
To control the Power 571/1 by radio it must be assigned to a remote control. To perform this operation
carry out the following procedure (see attachment H fig "3H").
1. Put the transmitter into the association mode (consult the technical manual for the transmitter
being used)
2. Press the R. F. button on the motor control panel for 5 seconds (one flash of the "R. F." LED on
the motor control panel confirms that the association procedure has been carried out correctly)
The factory setting for the Power 571/2 system motor unit is such that a certain travel value is in any
case set (see attachment "M").
Note: given the possible difficulties with precise adjustment of the Power 571/2 limit switch, the manual
procedure for setting the limit switches can be carried out "on the workbench" before installing the system.
Carry out the calibration procedure using only button art. 5096 (see attachment "G").
First of all it is necessary to identify the meaning of the limit switch buttons correctly. These can take
on different functions depending on how the system has been assembled. An incorrect interpretation of the
meaning of the limit switch buttons can cause damage to the system.
1. Position the overlap rod in a mid position in relation to the one that should be its full travel.
2. Engage the motor shaft (see attachment "B")
3. Attach the motor group to the motor pulley (see attachment "C")
4. Install the fabric on the slides (recommended)
5. Connect the motor group to the electrical grid and to the drive devices (see attachment "G")
6. To set the first limit switch position, activate the system in the direction required (for example
opening) and press the relative limit switch button. This will remain pressed down (if any attempt
is made to press the wrong one, it will not be possible to keep it pressed down or a vibration will
be felt; if this happens release it immediately)
7. Once the required limit switch position is reached, activate the system briefly in the opposite
direction (the limit switch button pressed will automatically be released)
8. To set the second limit switch position, activate the system in the opposite direction to the one
travelled to set the first limit switch (for example closing) and press the relative limit switch
button. This will remain pressed down (if any attempt is made to press the wrong one, it will not
be possible to keep it pressed down or a vibration will be felt; if this happens release it
immediately)
9. Once the required limit switch position is reached, activate the system briefly in the opposite
direction (the limit switch button pressed will automatically be released)

Setting limit switches manually
During the manual limit switch setting procedure, the motor rotation speed is the
nominal value.
Pay attention to the position that the system reaches.
Any impact or sticking may permanently damage the system.
Periodically check that the limit stops are in the correct position.
