Problem
Feedback sound is
too loud
Possible causes
The earplug of the hearing amplifier does not fit
correctly in the ear, meaning that the hearing amplifier
may not function correctly in certain circumstances
or an unpleasant whistling sound (acoustic feedback)
can be heard. This can be prevented in the following
ways:
- Switch off the hearing amplifier and insert it into the
ear. Ensure that it is inserted correctly.
- If the earpiece does not fit correctly in the ear, try it
again with another attachment. It is recommended
to use an earplug that fits correctly. If you have any
