Important notices
If the machine keeps alarm or operates abnormally, check the

following:
If the main power supply is within the specified range (AC 100V ~ 240V / 50
~ 60Hz).
If the voltage output is within the specified range: DC 12V ± 10%.
If the power plug is properly connected.
If the built-in battery is enough to work.
Keep away from strong magnetic fields.
Clean the dust from the sensors.
If a bill is blocked while it is being detected, open the top cover and

remove the bill to detect it again.
Flatten the banknote before detection, the banknote must be placed

in the feeder without tilt.
Maintenance - IMPORTANT
This equipment requires periodic maintenance.
Keep the banknote detector in the ventilated place and avoid

exposure to the sun and nearby magnetism sources.
Periodically clean the sensors: use a cotton swab with a small

amount of alcohol to clean all the sensors, the rubber wheels and the
synchronous rubber belt. Keep the surface of the sensors away from
sharp and hard items to avoid damage.
Do not try to disassemble the detector at will.
