Switch on the lights
5.3.1
Manually switch on the lights
Turn the main switch to the "MAN" position to turn on the lights.
Note: For troubleshooting when the lights do not switch on, see chapter 8 "Troubleshooting".
5.3.2
Set a timer
The unit can be set up to automatically switch on/off at given times. Check the original Timer Theben TR 610
top3 manual for instructions.
6 Maintenance
Monthly inspection, cleaning and repairs can be carried out by the groundsmen and greenkeepers of grass
sports playing surfaces who must use the unit as part of their job.
Damages must be repaired with the repair kit, which you have received upon delivery.

6.1
Cleaning
Clean the unit at least twice a season with soapy water and a polish cloth.
Clean the lights and reflectors at least twice a season with soapy water. Use distilled water to prevent leaving
calcium residue.
Do not use detergents, abrasives or other aggressive chemical cleaning agents when cleaning the product.

6.2
Monthly inspection
At least once a month the product needs to be inspected by the groundsmen or greenkeepers. Inspect the
unit as follows:

Visual damage on the unit
•
M12 bolts of main beam tightened with a torque of 50Nm
•
Tires, intact and tire pressure. Make sure the pressure is approximately 2 Bar
•
Moving parts, working properly and well lubricated
•
Dust or dirt buildup
Electrical
•
Visual damage on the cabling, power plugs and sockets
•
Loose cables
•
Dust or dirt buildup
