• Push the handles forward (3) . If the adapters are fitted, they will automatically turn inwards
• Fold the Maxi-Taxi Tico completely (B-2) and fasten the plastic clip securely (2).
The brake
C
• To engage the brake, push down on one of the rear wheel brake pedals, the brake on the other side will engage
automatically.
• To release the brake, lift the brake pedal up with your foot. The other brake releases automatically.
WHEN PARKING THE MAXI-TAXI TICO, ALWAYS USE THE BRAKE.
Locking the swivel wheels

• To lock the swivel wheels lift the levers up on both front wheels.
• The wheels will automatically lock into position when you move the Maxi-Taxi Tico forward.
• To allow the wheels to swivel again, press the levers down on both front wheels.
For use with the Maxi-Cosi (for children up to 13 kg)

When used with the Maxi-Cosi , both adapters supplied have to be fitted and the buggy seat must be removed.
Removing the buggy seat
Loosen the rearmost plastic nuts holding the adjusting element in place (E-1).
Loosen the plastic nuts holding the buggy seat in place on the frame (E-2).
Unfasten the press studs on the buggy seat on the upper parts of the frame (F-1).
Unfasten the strap from the D-shaped rings under the seat.
Remove the fabric seat completely by pulling it off the frame in a forward direction (F2).
PREVENT THE LOSS OF LOOSE PARTS BY FITTING THEM BACK TOGETHER AGAIN
Fitting the Maxi-Cosi on the Maxi-Taxi Tico frame
• Stand at the back of the Maxi-Taxi behind the handle bars, ensuring it is completely unfolded
• Open the cap of the adapter and place the adapter marked RH on the right hand side / LH on the left hand side
of the Taxi (G-1). Make sure that the adapter rests on the top of the plastic hinge and the metal pin fits into the
designated slot (G-2).
• Close the cap on the adapter, making sure it clicks ( G-2).
• Place the Maxi-Cosi in a rearward facing position on the adapters and ensure it clicks into position (G-3).
Removing the Maxi-Cosi
• Stand at the head of the Maxi-Cosi
• Hold the Maxi-Cosi on both sides, press the two buttons simultaneously (H-1) and lift the Maxi-Cosi off the
Maxi-Taxi (H-2)
For use as a buggy

Fitting the buggy seat
• Open the plastic caps on both adapters (G-2) and remove the adapters from the frame (G-1).
• Fit the buggy seat by first sliding the front of the seat over the tube ends (I).
• Fit the backrest on the frame using the plastic nuts. The nuts must be fitted on the outside of the frame. Tighten
them securely (J-1).
• Fit the adjusting element on the frame with the plastic nuts attaching it to the rearmost section of the frame.
These nuts must also be fitted on the outside of the frame (J-2).
• Fasten the upper section of the seat on the frame using the press studs (K-1).
• Secure the belt underneath the seat by threading the belt through the D-shaped rings (K-2).
