3. Place the transparent holder longitudinally to the LED bar and insert into the end (black cap), applying light pressure.
4. Slide the transparent holder along the LED bar, bringing the power cord closer to the output hole (fig. 6C).
5. By applying downward pressure on the cord, make a loop to facilitate its final positioning (Fig. 6D).
6. Slide the power cord along the slot cut in the transparent support (fig. 6E)
7. Place the transparent holder longitudinally to the LED bar and insert into the end (black cap), applying light pressure.
8. Slide the transparent holder along the LED bar (fig. 6F). The led light can be placed by sliding it along its support.
9. Turn the pre-assembled LED bar upside down and place the transparent "U" clips on the transparent holder.
10. Apply light pressure to secure the clips in place and slide them along the transparent LED bar support where desired. (fig. 6G).
Place the clips at the black caps on the LED bar.
WARNING: to remove the led light from its support it is recommended to take out the transparent "U" shaped
fastening clip in order to avoid any damage to the closing caps of the led itself.
Warning: the hole through which the lamp fits is also intended to pass the plugs of electrical devices contained in the tank
EN
(NEWA Ego Full version filter) or any heaters (fig. 7).
FILTER INSTALLATION (FULL Versions)
1. Carefully read and follow the specific instructions of the supplied filter.
2. The filter cable should come out of the hole in the LED bar holder (fig. 7 above).
NEWA Ego Full 50: Place the hooks for hanging the NEWA Mirafilter on the wall of the tank, in the desired position (fig. 8).
Then hook up the filter.
V.c FILTERING
THE FILTER IS A "CLOSED CYCLE" PURIFICATION SYSTEM THAT MAKES THE AQUARIUM TOTALLY INDEPENDENT FROM CONNECTIONS
WITH WATER INLETS AND OUTLETS (Fig. 9). The filter is an essential tool for operating the aquarium. Without it, the water would
need to be changed very often. The powerful and effective filter is intended to circulate and "clean" water, trapping suspended
impurities and invisible dissolved substances derived from animal excrement, dead leaves and food debris.
V.d ACTIVATION OF FILTERING CARTRIDGES (Ego FULL 50 optional)
Biofoam: Slightly rinse the sponge with warm water and install it back.
Mechanichem: Do NOT rinse the filter cartridge containing the activated pre-conditioned carbon.
V.e PUMP-FILTER CUSTOMIZATION (Ego FULL 50)
The pump / filter has its own housing to place the filtered materials. We recommend the use of filtering materials from the
NEWAQUA line.
To insert these materials, follow these steps:
Remove the pump along with its case for additional filtering by controlling the first rotation of the water drain reflector to the
internal part (Fig. 10). Separate the pump from the housing and remove the grid cover (Fig. 11).
V.f PUMPING CAPACITY REGULATION (Ego FULL 50)
Typically, the pump capacity is adjusted to the maximum
power. It is necessary to adjust the specific mechanism to verify or change the performance (Fig. 12).
V.g AERATION SYSTEM (Ego FULL 50)
If desired, it is possible to initiate the ventilation system built into the pump to improve oxygenation and gas exchange. To do
so, follow these simple steps:
• Open the bag contacting the ventilation system, assemble all the component parts of the pressure-regulating filter and connect
it to the elastic tube (Fig. 13).
• Open the AIR cap located under the pump and insert the elastic tube into the hole (Fig. 14).
• Set the desired air pressure.
