Solution
Check power adaptor is connected to both mains and Left speaker
Check mains is switched on
Turn up the volume on the back of the speaker or the remote control. For Blue-
tooth connections turn up the volume on your Bluetooth device.
Make sure audio cables are firmly connected and the audio input is set correctly
on the speakers.
Check that there is input from the selected audio source.
The speakers have auto powered off because there has been no Bluetooth signal
for 15 mins
Make sure Bluetooth Input mode is selected (Bluetooth won't work if any other
input is selected). Press the BT EX. button on the remote to make sure the
speakers are disconnected from other devices and try connecting again
Make sure your Bluetooth device is within range (10m) of speakers
Try connecting an alternative Bluetooth device
