When you fry greasy ingredients in the air
fryer, a large amount of oil will leak into
the basket drawer. The oil produces white
smoke and the basket drawer may heat up
more than usual. This does not affect the
fryer or the result.
White smoke is caused by grease heating
up in the basket drawer. Make sure you
clean the device properly after each use.
