TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
My Epilaser won't turn on.
While charging my Epilaser, the
LED indicator doesn't turn on.
then it stopped working.
Everything is done correctly, but
the Epilaser doesn't work.
Solution
Check whether the Epilaser battery is
low. If so, recharge it.
Check that your Epilaser is correctly
the type C power cord supplied with
the Epilaser kit, and that the power
source.
Check whether the Epilaser battery is
low. If so, recharge it.
Check the following:
1. Check whether the laser has been turned
on. If not, press and hold the activation
button until the green LED turn on.
2. Check whether the integrated skin tone
as "not compatible". If this is the case, the
skin tone in this area is too dark for laser
treatment.
3. Check that the treatment window is in
full contact with your skin.
