Description of the device
Powered by a brushless motor, the speed of the
UF/E can be regulated from 10,000 to a maxi-
mum of 32,000 revolutions per minute.
The sophisticated sensor-controlled regulati-
on of the rotor position guarantees a virtually
constant and demand-oriented torque in a wide
speed range, even under different loads.
Even in demanding continuous operation, the
optimised cooling air conduction always ensu-
res a stable temperature balance of the critical
components of the motor and electronics.
For maximum quiet running and durability, the
spindle is mounted in triple bearings in elabo-
rately machined fi ts. To ensure that the motor
starts gently, the device is equipped with a soft
start-up.
These are the best prerequisites for fi rst-class
results when operating in different materials
with tools of different diameters, because the
very sensitive setting of the electronically main-
tained constant speed is also easily possible in
