Extraordinary maintenance and replacement of components
After replacing the gas valve, burner, electrode and PCB, it is necessary to do the calibration pro-
cedure [AUTO SETUP] (see "Calibration procedure [AUTO SETUP]" on page 361). Then follow
the instructions in par. "Checking the combustion values" on page 360.
Gas valve replacement
• Disconnect the power supply and close the gas cock ahead of the valve.
• Disconnect the electrical connectors "1" (fig. 57).
• Disconnect the gas supply pipe "2" (fig. 57)
• Undo the screws "3" (fig. 58)
• Remove the gas valve "4" and the gas diaphragm "5" (fig. 59).
• Fit the new valve, carrying out the above steps in reverse order.
• Refer to the instruction sheet included in the kit when replacing the gas diaphragm.
