IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

3. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not specified by the manufacturer.
4. Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not
working properly, after it has been dropped or damaged, or after it has been

dropped into water. Return the appliance to a BaBylissPRO Service Center for
examination and repair.
5. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
6. Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used,
or where oxygen is being administered.
7. Do not use this appliance with a damaged or broken comb or blade, as it has
the potential to result in facial injury.
8. To disconnect, turn all controls to OFF position ("O"), then remove plug from
outlet.
9. Do not pull, twist, or wrap line cord around appliance. Continuous stress on cord
can damage cord insulation and result in shock.
10. Do not place appliance on any surface while it is operating.
11. Avoid skin contact with moving blades.
12. Be mindful of tangles or kinks in the cord. If the cord does become tangled
during use, turn the unit off and straighten cord before operating again.
13. Keep lubricating oil away from children.
14. Never operate this appliance with the air openings blocked or while on a soft
surface, such as a bed or couch, where it is possible for the air openings to be
blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and similar objects.
15. Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
