Setting up the unit:
Setting up the pressure washer
Always go through following points before using the pres-
sure washer:
1 In the event of any damage contact your local dealer
immediately.
B1- 4 2 Check whether the oil level is in the middle of the oil
inspection glass, or max of dip stick. Top up with oil if
necessary.
B5
3 Fill fuel tank with fresh fuel, if not full. Use clean fuel
only, free of moisture and contamination. Contact your
dealer for fuel source and type recommendation.
Fuelling:
CAUTION - Risk of fire. Do not add fuel when the product
is operating or still hot.
IMPORTANT! Always shut off the engine and let it cool
for at least two minutes before fuelling. Avoid spilling fuel.
If you do spill fuel when fuelling, do not start the engine
before the spilled fuel has evaporated. If the washer is
on a trailer, any fuel spills must be wiped up before the
10
machine is started. Never expose the machine to an open
flame. Smoking is prohibited during fuelling.
Also read the operating manual for the fuel engine. Never
operate the machine in a closed room; the exhaust fumes
are dangerous. Follow the safety instructions!

Switching on the unit:
Connections:
Connecting the lance and pressure hose to the spray gun
C1
1 If applicable, attach and screw the lance (B) to the gun
(A) until proper tightened. Pull forward the spray lance
to ensure correct mounting before starting the machine.
C2
2 Attach hose to quick coupling of spray gun.
Nozzle connection
1 After starting machine perform pressure relief proce-
dure. (See "Start the washer" chapter).
C6
2 Engage trigger lock every time nozzle is changed.
C3
3 Connect nozzle by retracting the locking ring on the
quick connect fitting of the lance and insert the nozzle.
4 Verify the locking ring returns to its operating position
after inserting the nozzle.
NOTE! Always remove any dirt from the couplings
before connecting the lance to the spray gun or nozzle.
Connecting the high pressure hose and the water hose
C4
1 Connect the pressure hose to the high pressure inlet/
nipple.
2 Before connecting the water/garden hose to the washer
and water supply, rinse the hose briefly to prevent sand
and other dirt from entering into the washer.
Some areas might have restrictions about connecting
directly to public water supply. If so, install a back flow
preventer.
3 Open the water tap.
NOTE! In the case of poor water quality (sand, etc.),
we recommend that a high capacity/fine water filter is
installed.

ALWAYS relieve spray gun pressure before pulling
starter cord. Pull starter cord slowly until resistance is
felt, then pull rapidly.
IMPORTANT! T his equipment stays pressurized until
pressure is manually relieved. To help prevent serious

pause working and before cleaning, checking, or
servicing the equiptment.
