Symptom
The unit is not
working properly.
The unit works with
reduced capacity.
There is a water
leak.
The unit is making
too much noise.
NOTE: Only use a qualified technician to fix error code issues.
Possible cause
• The power source has been
incorrectly connected.
• The fuse has blown.
• There is too much water in
the unit and the unit has
switched off.
• The ambient temperature is
outside the operating range.
• The air intake filters/cover
are dirty.
• The exhaust pipe or drain
hose is clogged.
• Doors and windows have
been left open.
• The incorrect mode is being
used.
• The exhaust pipe has
detached.
• Water has spilled out of the
unit.
• The unit has been placed
on an uneven surface.
• Some parts are loose and
vibrating.
• Gurgling noises can be
heard.

Solution
• Firmly insert the power cable
plug securely into the mains
socket.
• Replace the 2A / 3.15 A, 250 V
AC fuse (qualified technician
only).
• Drain the unit by removing the
drain plug.
• The operating temperature
range is 5 to 35°C.
• Clean the air intake filters/
cover.
• Remove any blockages.
• Keep doors and windows
closed.
• Change the mode and, if the
air conditioning mode is being
used, set the temperature
below the current ambient
room temperature.
• Make sure the exhaust pipe is
securely attached.
• Drain the unit.
• Place the unit on a horizontal
and stable floor.
• Secure and tighten the parts.
• This is normal. The noise
comes from the refrigerant.
