1. Batteries in remote are dead. Replace the batteries.
Las baterías del control remoto están agotadas. Reemplace las baterías.
2. Batteries are installed backwards. Double-check orientation of batteries.
Las baterías están colocadas al revés. Verifique la orientación de las baterías.
3. Ensure both the shade and remote are placed into pairing mode. Both should have
blinking LEDs.
Asegúrese de que la persiana y el control remoto estén en modo de vinculación. Las
luces LED de ambos deben parpadear.
4. The remote control is too far away from the shade or there are too many obstructions in
the pathway. Move closer to the shade.
El control remoto está demasiado lejos de la persiana o el camino tiene demasiadas

If up and down positions have already been set:

1. Reset remote to factory setting.

2. Lower the shade to the bottom and raise shade to the top. Do this 3 times. The
bottom rail of shade may jog while processing but this doesn't impact the
operation. The shade should automatically become level during this process.
Baje la persiana por completo y súbala hasta arriba. Haga esto 3 veces. El riel
inferior de la persiana puede moverse mientras se procesa, pero esto no afecta
al funcionamiento. La pantalla debe nivelarse automáticamente durante este
proceso.
