Using as a telephone answering machine
Setting up the answering machine
As you proceed the operation, you will hear the operation guidance.
Setting the time and the day of the week
If the time stamp is incorrect, reset the time and the day of the week.

Press ( FLASH/REMOTE^.
The REMOTE lamp lights up. The day of
the week, time and new message number
are announced.
Press (D.
Set the day of the week using the dialing
keys.
Sunday - CD, Monday - (2).
Tuesday - GD, Wednesday - ©.
Thursday - GD, Friday - CD.
Saturday - CD
Set the hour using the dialing keys (GDCD
... ©(

To set 3 o'clock, press CD®.
Set the minutes using the dialing keys
(CD CD ... CD CD).
To set 8 minutes, press CD®.
Set the AM or PM.
To set AM, press ®.
To set PM. press CD.
A long confirmation beep sounds, and the
day of the week and time are anounced.
The clock starts.
Press (FLASH/REMOTE).
The REMOTE lamp goes off.

• Make sure that the RING ON/BATT SAVK switch is set to RING ON.
• It me minutes have passed during operation, the setting is canceled. Try again
from the beginning.
• During the power interruption, the dock stops. So if this happens, reset (he lime.
