•
Do not attempt to
clean the appliance
in any other way than
that detailed by the
manufacturer.
Cleaning the body of the
dehumidifier:
•
Turn the dehumidifier off
and unplug the power
cord.
•
Clean the exterior
surface of the appliance
by wiping it with a soft,
damp cloth. Dry the
appliance with a soft,
clean cloth.
Cleaning the air filter:
Note: As the filter gets
clogged the dehumidifying
capacity of the unit is
lowered. It is important
to clean the rear air filter
every 2 weeks.
•
Remove the air filter
cover by pressing the
top of the filter in the
areas marked 'push'.
•
Remove the active

carbon filter from the
dehumidifier.
•
Clean the filter with a
vacuum cleaner using
the brush attachment
to remove dust from the
surface of the filter.
•
Put the active carbon
filter back in the
appliance and reattach
the filter cover by
placing back in the unit
and pressing the top
of the filter in the areas
marked 'push'.
Cleaning the water tank:
•
Remove and empty
the water tank as per
the instructions in the
"Emptying the water
tank" section.
•
Remove the water tank's
lid by removing the
handle and lifting the
water tank's lid upwards.
•
Clean the water tank
with warm tap water
and mild detergent (e.g.
washing up liquid). Note:
Do not use boiling water
to clean the water tank.
•
Ensure to remove any
scale or deposits that
have formed inside the
water tank.
•
Wipe all surfaces dry
before placing the water
