INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO
HEAT GUN SAFETY
• Connect the power supply cable to the mains socket, checking that the mains voltage matches the
voltage stated on the power supply device (see TECHNICAL DATA table).
• Before use, check that the heat gun has not been damaged, and that there are no uncovered cables
or worn parts.
• Do not force the heat gun. Do not modify any part, as the safety measures may be affected.
• Do not cover the rear part of the heat gun during use.
• Have the heat gun repaired only through a trained repair person and only using original replacement
parts.
• To clean the heat gun, use a dry cloth. Always disconnect the heat gun from the power supply mains
before cleaning it. Do not use any solvents or aggressive detergents.
• When not in use, store the heat gun out of the reach of children. Do not allow persons unfamiliar
with these instructions to operate the heat gun.
PERSONNEL SAFETY
• Stay alert; watch what you are doing. Do not use the heat gun while tired or under the influence
of drugs, alcohol or medication.
• When using the heat gun, the blowpipe gets overheated. Do not touch the heat gun with your bare
hands at this stage.
• Do not use the heat gun with damp or wet hands.
• Do not inhale any harmful gases that may be released during the operations.
• Before replacing the heat gun, make sure that it has cooled down, putting it onto the supporting
surface.

Failure to observe the following warnings may result in physical injury and/or disease.
ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY SHOES
ALWAYS WEAR HEAT PROTECTION GLOVES
ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE MASK AGAINST PHYSICAL AGENTS
ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION
Additional personal protective equipment to wear according to the values found in
the environmental hygiene/risk analysis survey if the values exceed the limits
under current regulations.
