Display
On/off
• Once the pot and the basket are inside
the Airfryer the ON indicator light will
light up. If you press it for 3 seconds
the Airfryer will automatically set to
200 degrees for 15 minutes. If you press
it again it will start cooking at that
temperature and time.
• If we press it again for another 3
seconds the Airfryer will show "OFF" on
the display. This light, the fan and the
Airfryer itself will turn off completely
after 20 seconds.
• Note: The cooking process can be
interrupted and restarted with the ON/
OFF button at any time.
Preset
• This option allows you to navigate
between the 6 pre-set programs. When
you select one of the programs, the
Airfryer will start operating at the
time and temperature pre-set by that
program.
Defrost
• You can defrost food using this
function. It is set to 80 degrees and 5

minutes by default. You can increase or
decrease this time and/or temperature
by pressing the + and – buttons of the
time and temperature functions.
Timer
• By pressing this button, the timer will
be set by default to delay the start 5
minutes. You can adjust this period
with the + and – functions of the timer.
Whenever you set the timer, the alarm
will go off 10 times when the time is up.
The alarm symbol will remain visible.
Temperature and cooking time control
• Time and temperature will be increased
or reduced.
• Temperature will be increased or
reduced in multiples of 5 degrees. If
you press and hold it, the temperature
will change fast between the 80-200
degrees range.
• Time will increase or decrease one
minute at a time. If you press and hold
it, it will change faster.
Modes
The table 03 on page 10 help you to select
the basic configuration for each ingredient.
But keep in mind that these settings might
not be precise depending on the origins
of the ingredients, size and many other
aspects, so it cannot be guaranteed that
they will be the best settings for every
specific case.
Note: Add 3 minutes to the cooking time if
the Airfryer is cold when you start cooking.
Use
Keep in mind the following details before
you start cooking:
• Put the cooking tray in the basket
before introducing the food.
• Do not introduce a high volume of food
because this might interfere in the
cooking process.
• Any residual oil coming from the
ingredients will be collected at the
bottom of the pot.
