CHECK THE PACKING CONTENTS
The Combo filtration unit is packed in one box with the following contents: (fig.1) (p. 71)
a. Front module
b. 2 DIN 571 M8x50 screws with corresponding washers and plugs for concrete
c. 2 rubber pads
d. Filtration equipment box
e. Filtration box drain

2. GENERAL FEATURES

The Combo filtration unit is a filtering system for swimming pool water, consisting of two basic elements: the front
module which is placed on the wall of the swimming pool and a filtration unit which contains the pump, filters and
control panel. These elements are connected to one another by 3 conduits and 1 electric cable.

The compact filtration system can perform four functions within a single unit:
Filters swimming pool water.
Provides a connection for a vacuum head.
Empties the pool.
Provides swimming pool lighting. Only in model 22440.
The advantage of using compact equipment is that installation is minimum. An electrical outlet and two drains are all
that is needed. The compact filtration unit unit meets standard UNE 20-460-93. Under no circumstances will the
manufacturer be held responsible for the assembly, installation or start-up of any incorporation of electrical
components that has not taken place on its premises.

3. INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY

EN 60335-2-41, safety of household or similar electrical appliances, particular requirements for pumps
As such with all rules pertaining to "to the construction of electrical installations within specific confines: swimming pools
and fountains", or the equivalent standard in force in each region or country.
This equipment should be installed in pools with a maximum depth of 1.5 m.
Do not submerge the equipment or put it in a place where it could be submerged.
It is recommended that the filtration box is not drilled as water in the ground could penetrate through any
underground holes.
All electrical installations should comply with the following standard:
European Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/CE,
