Prepare these tools and accessories before you start to
install your appliance.
¡ Cross head screwdriver
¡ Pencil
¡ Measuring tape
¡ Straight edge
¡ Drill
¡ Drill bits: ³⁄₁₆", ½", ⅝"
¡ Safety gloves
¡ Saw (saber, hole or keyhole)
¡ Stud finder or hammer
¡ Safety glasses
¡ Level
¡ Aluminum tape (DO NOT use insulating or cloth duct
tape)
Optional tools:
¡ Carpenter square
¡ Tin snips
¡ Scissors
¡ Filler blocks or scrap wood pieces (for recessed bottom
cabinet installations)
4.4 Power requirements and grounding
The outlet must be properly grounded in accordance with
all applicable codes.
The outlet can be installed anywhere inside the cabinet
above the appliance, within reach of the power cord
(approx. 24 in).

WARNING
This appliance must be mounted at a minimum height of
36" (914 mm).
CAUTION
This appliance is to be mounted only above countertop
level.
