REMOVING THE TRANSPORT HARDWARE
Transport hardware
To protect the internal laser pickup mechanism from excessive
shock during transit, it has been secured
by special transport
hardware. They are attached on the rear and the bottom of the unit.
Removing the transport hardware
Transportation of the CD player when moving, etc.
Be sure to replace the transport hardware before transportation of
the unit. Ensure that all discs including the DM-5 (disc magazine)
are removed before attempting to replace the transport hardware. -
