Preheating
While the griller is operating, the display will show the current temperature. When it
reaches the pre-set temperature, the grill will beep. Note that the temperature display
could have a variance of +-20°. The griller will reach its highest thermal efficiency after
preheating. For best results, it is recommended that the griller is preheated for at least 3
minutes before placing food with the cooking grid into it.
Cooking raw meat and poultry
Usual cooking time is between one and three minutes for each side of the food. The
meat should be taken out of the refrigerator about 1 to 2 hours before grilling and
slowly brought to room temperature.
Insert the drip tray into the bottom slot using the handle. Place the meat on the cooking
grid and insert it into any of the above rack guide slots using the guide handle.
Select a guide slot depending on the thickness of the meat. For optimal browning and
crusting, the meat should be positioned as close to the heating element as possible, but
never touching it. The optimal rack guide in this case is position 2 or 3 from the top.
Immediately remove the handle from the cooking grid to avoid heating the handle.
When placing meat, make sure that the piece of meat is positioned centrally under the
heating element to ensure uniform cooking of the food.
