Preparation ingredients:
1 ripe banana
240g frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries,
blackberries)
120ml plain yogurt
120 ml of milk (can be almond milk, cow'smilk, etc.)
15 ml of honey (optional, to sweeten)
A handful of baby spinach (optional, for a nutrient
boost.
Smoothie de Frutos Rojos Energizante
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut the banana into pieces.
2. Place the banana, the frozen berries, the natural
yogurt and the milk in the blender jar.
3. For a healthier twist, add a handful of washed
baby spinach.
4. Optionally, to sweeten, add 15 ml of honey.
5. Close the lid of the blender and make sure it is
firmly seated.
6. Select "SMOOTHIE" mode
7. Wait until the "SMOOTHIE" mode cycle is
complete and the blender stops automatically.
8. Open the lid carefully and check that the
mixture is smooth and well combined. If
necessary, use a spatula to scrape down the
sides to make sure there are no unmixed bits.
9. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by
adding more honey and mixing briefly.
10. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy
immediately. Optionally, you can decorate with
some fresh red fruits.
